These Terms of Service govern access to pixmoat, a visual regression testing service operated by pixmoat in Slovenia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

pixmoat provides hosted tools for capturing, storing, comparing, and reviewing visual test results and related project information. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may differ between plans and may change over time.

Accounts and responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and access tokens confidential, and ensure that your use of pixmoat complies with applicable law and your organisation’s policies. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant pixmoat the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and secure that content in order to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass plan limits or security controls, upload unlawful or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Plans, payment, and cancellation

Prices and plan limits are shown on the website or checkout. Creem acts as merchant of record for transactions made through its checkout and may provide additional payment, tax, invoice, cancellation, and refund terms. Your subscription renews or ends according to the plan and checkout terms selected by you. You may cancel through the available account or checkout controls.

Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. If you are purchasing for a business, your organisation is responsible for ensuring that the person accepting these Terms has authority to do so.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or service discontinuation. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pixmoat is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. pixmoat is a testing and review tool; you remain responsible for reviewing changes and deciding what to deploy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your country. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Slovenia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
